The Tapestry of Fate

Amina al-Sirafi is once again called to sea, pursuing arcane artifacts for the immortal peris. Now, she must head out in search of an ancient spindle that can supposedly unravel and re-spin fate itself. On top of that, her estranged husband, the spirit of discord Raksh, is causing trouble as usual, and her family wishes to move out of the seclusion that Amina does not want to give up. Forced to part from her growing daughter, Amina and her crew set off, facing devastating storms, old enemies, and an increasingly scattered poison mistress and her secrets. After washing ashore on a mysterious island, Amina must steal the spindle, repair her ship, and find a way to escape the place, ruled by an enigmatic sorceress who might be more powerful than any Amina has ever faced—and who might be supported by some of those closest to Amina.
