The Summer Share

Laid off from her job as a reporter and drowning in medical debt after her divorce, Hannah Spencer has made a life for herself and her Great Dane named Dude by traveling the country to create #vanlife content. Now reeling from the death of her beloved grandfather, she learns that he left her his Outer Banks beach house, but it turns out she only owns half of it, as he split the deed with a friend. Insurance salesman Simon O’Malley once dreamed of being an illustrator, but family responsibilities pushed him down a different path. When he learns that he’s inherited half of a beach house from his own grandfather, he hopes that selling it will be a financial cushion. Per each of their grandfathers’ wills, Hannah and Simon must live at the cottage for two months before mutually deciding what will be done with the property. As the summer progresses, the house begins to reveal its romantic secrets, and it looks to be the perfect place for Hannah and Simon to find their HEA.
